Terms of Service

1. The service

FlowScope ("we", "the service") presents publicly available options-market transaction data ("flow"), with automated flags and plain-English summaries. Every account begins with a 7-day free trial of the full Pro service; when the trial ends, a paid Pro subscription is required to keep access. There is no free tier. Features may change as the product develops.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing on FlowScope — including the feed, flags, summaries, alerts and the daily digest — is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security. Summaries are automated interpretations of trade data and may be wrong; a large options trade can be a hedge, a closing position, or part of a multi-leg strategy rather than a directional bet. 3. Accounts

You need an account to use watchlists, alerts and subscriptions. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; do not share Pro accounts.

4. Subscriptions and billing

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial of Pro — nothing is charged during the trial. Pro is then billed in advance through Stripe at $39.99/month (USD); it is the only plan we sell (there is no annual plan). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. If your trial ends without a subscription, your account stays intact but the product locks until you subscribe. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email.

5. Data

Market data is provided by third-party vendors and exchanges. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or timeliness, and data may be delayed. During development and in demonstrations, simulated data may be shown and will be labelled as such.

6. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the service at scale, redistribute its data or summaries commercially, attempt to bypass paywalls or rate limits, or use the service to violate any law or exchange/vendor rule.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or other damages arising from use of the service or reliance on its content.
